Will I receive a tracking number with my order?

Yes, tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of your order being placed.  *Except on Holidays may take a little longer*

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually shipped within a 24hr period.  Based on current processing times, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your tracking information to be updated and available. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our facility.

Do we ship internationally?

​

Yes, we send mail all over the world. Once all orders leave our facility we will provide a tracking number for updates, so you can refer to the tracking number provided for the most current location of your package.  Depending on the postal service you choose WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DUTY FEESOR HELD UP SHIPMENTS FROM CUSTOMS. This applies to INTERNATIONAL orders ONLY.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Once your order leaves our facility we have no control over any postal delivery service delays.  All orders will receive tracking numbers for updates, so you can refer to the tracking number provided for the most current location of your package. Typically 3-7 business days for domestic deliveries depending on your location and Typically 14 business days for international shipments. 

BUT SOME INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS CAN TAKE UP TO 21 BUSINESS DAYS
